Our Founder
Mustafa Gündüz
Founder & Civil Engineer
A graduate of Yıldız Technical University's Civil Engineering program, Mustafa Gündüz spent years on site in roles such as site manager, team lead, project manager and sales manager. He later moved into real estate consulting, gaining experience in residential sales, purchases and rentals across Istanbul's higher-income areas, particularly Kadıköy, both under Keller Williams and independently. He has taken on numerous renovation and contracting projects across many regions, above all Istanbul, Ayvalık and Bodrum, completing every one of them in full and delivering it turnkey. Today he combines his engineering discipline, site experience and real-estate market knowledge as the founder of Morn Yapı, leading build-to-share urban renewal projects across Istanbul, both directly and in partnership with the contracting firms he works with.
